It really does exist!!!

I was driving up the street yesterday afternoon, approaching a stoplight. Coming toward me from the other direction was this strange looking vehicle. I had an idea of what it was but I couldn't believe my eyes. It made a left hand turn in front of me (it had the light), so I made a right turn and followed it until it stopped at the motel. Of course I HAD to get pictures...
