It was indeed super cold (all the flowers were covered with sheets the whole week we where there). Our pool was very warm. Their problem lie with the fact that they turned the heat off at all. Or, if the house had been vacant for a while, they admitted that they knew the pool would take a while to heat, so why did they not turn it on sooner? Because they sound like lazy cheap-scapes. In a heartbeat.<BR/><BR/>I,too, have worked my whole life in customer service and never, NEVER would I speak to a customer that way nor would I even get in to an e-mail debate with them. The customer is always right. They can trash talk you all they want once you are off the phone, but to you...they are to maintain respect. <BR/><BR/>I am so sorry that you had to deal with that.
